Heard Ms. Sukhman Rait, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.U.B. Nighot, learned Counsel for respondent No.2.

Mr.Nighot submitted that respondent No.2 herein was the Director of the petitioner and he was nominated for the ensuing elections of respondent No.1. The election was for a period of five years from 2011 and the tenure expired in the year 2016. Ms. Rait has not disputed this fact. The learned Counsel for the parties, therefore, submit that as the tenure is over, the Petition is rendered infructuous and the same may be accordingly disposed of. 3.

In view thereof, Petition is disposed of as infructuous. Order accordingly.
