By a reasoned Order dated 10.11.2017, the Applicant was granted interim relief.

The record indicates that the principal accused namely Arjun Singh i.e. the husband of deceased Mrs. Amruta was arrested by the police, thoroughly interrogated and now has been released on regular bail. The Applicant is mother-in-law of the deceased Mrs. Amruta and it is alleged against the Applicant that she along with her son Arjun Singh used to harass the deceased and due to which deceased committed suicide.

In view of the above and peculiar facts of the present case, the Applicant is entitled to be released on pre-arrest bail.
