The affidavit of Shri Hanumant R. Athawale, the Traffic Inspector (Commercial) of the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation is taken on record. In the said affidavit dated 1st April 2017, it is stated that as per the letter dated 15th November 2016 issued by the Central Office, the process of tender No.1/16 which is subject matter of this Petition has been cancelled. It is further stated that the process of floating a new tender has been

In view of the statement made in the affidavit, nothing survives in this Petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.
