The Civil Application is moved for condonation of delay of 34 days in filing the appeal.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant/original plaintiff was suffering from hypertension, blood pressure and, therefore, he was advised to take bed rest. He was also advised to be hospitalised and hence the delay is caused. 3.

Learned Counsel for the respondents is present. He has filed reply opposing the condonation of delay. He submits that the suit is between the son and the mother and the brother and in view of the submissions of the learned Counsel and considering the period of 34 days and as 1 / 2

caf.1555.2014_35.doc sufficient cause is shown, the delay is condoned. Appeal be registered and listed for admission on after four weeks. 4.
