Heard. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that by the Civil Revision Application Defendant No.1 challenges the order dated 09.04.2012 passed by the Additional Judge, Small Causes Court and Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune rejecting their Application u/s.9A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. He further submits that in view of deletion of Section 9A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Application.
Considering these facts, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Application. Hence, the Civil Revision Application stands dismissed as infructuous.
