Respondent No.2 is, accordingly, directed to release the petitioner on parole leave forthwith upon compliance of the conditions imposed in the order dated 9th November, 2015, passed by respondent No.1 in the parole appeal preferred by the petitioner. A copy of the said order is annexed at page 32 of the petition.
