Learned Counsel appearing for the respondents presented an order dated 11th August,2017 wherein the petitioner's application was re-opened alongwith other similarly situated cases all over the country. The respondent has taken a fresh decision on the merits of the petitioner's case. By the said order, the petitioner's application for appointment on compassionate ground came to be rejected. Copy of the said order is taken on record.
