The learned APP submits that it is not advisable to release the applicant solely on cash deposit. 3.

After considering all the relevant aspects of the matter, I am inclined to modify the bail order by stipulating as follows : The bail amount is reduced to Rs.25000/-. The applicant shall be at liberty to furnish one surety in the sum of Rs.5000/-, and deposit cash of Rs.20,000/- in addition thereto, to make up the amount of bail.
