Heard Mr. Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant. Civil Application is taken out for restoration of the Second Appeal.

By order dated 14th September 2018 of the learned Registrar (Judicial-II), four weeks time was granted to remove office objeections, failing which it was directed that registration 1/2

Mr. Joshi states that Second Appeal is not admitted. 5.
