By this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has challenged the judgment and order dated 28.10.2015 passed by the Appellate Bench of the Court of Small Causes at Bombay in Miscellaneous Appeal No.172 of 2013.

Mr. Chavan states that son of the petitioner - Mr. Dilip Chandrakant Shah, is present in the Court. He has tendered photocopy of his driving licence, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Upon taking instructions from petitioner's son, he seeks permission to withdraw the Petition.

On the motion made by Mr. Chavan, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.
