Perused the above Civil Applications. The above Writ Petitions were dismissed by this Court for default on 13 th October, 2017 when none appeared for the Petitioner as well as the Respondents. By the above Civil Applications, the Applicant/Petitioner seeks setting aside of the said order dated 13 th October, 2017 and further seeks restoration of the above Writ Petitions. For the reasons set out in above Civil Applications, the order dated 13 th October, 2017 dismissing the above Writ Petitions is set aside and the above Writ Petitions are restored to file. The above Civil Applications are accordingly disposed off.

Place the above Writ Petitions for hearing and final disposal in normal course. 3.
