The Learned AGP for the State submits that the PIL has already been disposed of by an order dated 11th April, 2016, hence, there is no question of implementing the order since the Hon'ble Minister had passed the order on 25.6.2015. He submits that the said order will be implemented within four weeks.

In view of this statement, nothing survives in this petition. The writ petition is disposed of. The Petitioner is at liberty to apply if the order is not implemented.
