Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent and the learned APP for the State. Criminal application filed by the applicants has been dismissed for non-prosecution for non removal of office objections. In view of averments made in the application, a case for restoration is made out. Accordingly, we pass the following order :-
ORDER
(i) Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The only objection in the main application was regarding non service of copies to the respondents. The
