This is an application seeking leave to appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 11th April 2012, passed by the 69th Metropolitan Magistrate, Mazgaon, Mumbai, in C.C. No.2801/SS/2011. After the condonation of delay, this Criminal Application is kept for admission since the year 2013. However, no one appears to be remaining present and as a result, no order is passed. Office remark also shows that spare copy is not supplied. Thus, office objection is also not removed. 2.
