After verifying desire of parties to settle on 20/11/2019, we adjourned the matter to today to enable the State Government to place on record antecedents of the petitioner. Offence registered against him is under section 395, 452, 323, 506 of the Indian Penal Code read with section 4 and 25 of the Arms Act.

Learned APP has produced communication sent by PI(Crimes) Alandi Police Station on 14/12/2019, which shows that there are two more offence registered against him. There are other offences against co-accused persons also. This communication is taken on record as Exh. A.
