By this Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner seeks Writ of Mandamus against the Respondent No.1 to decide the Application dated 2nd August 2022 filed by the Petitioner. By the said Application, the Petitioner had approached the Respondent No.1 to get further order for development of his property. Learned Advocate for the Petitioner states that till date the Application dated 2nd August 2022 is not decided. In such a circumstances

i.

Respondent No.1 to decide the Application dated 2nd August 2022 within a period of 8 weeks from today. ii.

The order that will be passed on the Application will be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of one week from the date of passing of the order.

iii. If order that will be passed is adverse to the Petitioner, then the Petitioner would be at liberty to take out appropriate proceedings as permissible in law.

iv. Writ Petition is allowed. Rule is made absolute in the above terms.
