The learned Counsel for the applicant, upon instructions seeks leave to withdraw the application. Leave granted. Application is dismissed as withdrawn.

At this stage, the learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the Sessions Case is of the year 2013. In the earlier bail applications, being BA/48/2015 and BA/2468/2015, this Court by Orders dated 4th March, 2015 and 30th June, 2016 had directed the learned Addl. Sessions Judge to expedite the trial and conclude recording of evidence at the earliest.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that though the chargesheet was filed on 6th July, 2013, and the charge was framed in the year 2016, till date the trial has not commenced. 4.

Considering the fact that the applicants are languishing in jail since the year 2013, and also in view of the earlier directions of this Court, the learned Sessions Judge, Pandharpur, is directed to conclude the trial of Sessions Case No. 47 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of 8 months from the date of receipt of this order.
