This is an application for anticipatory bail filed by the aforesaid applicant apprehending his arrest in Crime No.313 of 2015 registered with Bhosari Police Station, Pune, for the offence punishable under Section 452, 427, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Shri Salunkhe, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that the parties have settled the disputes amicably and that they have filed a petition being Writ Petition No.1222 of 2015 for quashing the FIR by consent, and the said petition is pending before the Division

Bench of this Court. He has placed on record, copy of the affidavit filed by the complainant in the abovesaid petition. 3.

Considering the above facts, as well as considering the nature of allegations, in my considered view this is not a case which warrants custodial interrogation. The applicant is a permanent resident of Pune. There are no chances of his absconding or thwarting the course of justice. Under the circumstances, the applicant is ordered to be released on bail on the following terms and conditions:- i) In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.313 of 2015 of Bhosari Police Station, Pune, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.15000/- ( Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) with one or two solvent surety/ies in the like amount to the satisfaction of the J.M.F.C., Pune.

ii) The applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer for four days between 10 a.m. to 1.pm. and further as when required by the

Investigating Officer for the purpose of investigation and interrogation.

iii) The applicant shall not interfere with the complainant and his family members in any manner.
