Read order dated 28th October 2015. There is a contention that sexual intent is missing from the evidence of victim. 3.

There is conviction by the trial Court for the offence punishable under section 354, 354-A, 506 of IPC and under Sections 7 r/w 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (for short "POCSO Act"). The Appellant was on bail during the trial and sentence is also suspended by the trial Court, fine amount is also deposited. Substantial sentence be suspended during pendency of this appeal on furnishing P.B. and surety bond of Rs.15,000/-.
