Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Petition, the Petitioner has impugned the Order

WP 4634-17.doc dated 06.10.2017 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Thane below Exh. 4 in Cri. M. A. No. 436 of 2017. 3.

Perused the papers. The order impugned in the present Petition is only an ad-interim order of attachment passed, till the decision of the main Application i.e. Cri. M. A. No. 436 of 2017. 4.

Considering the fact, that the main Application is pending before the learned Sessions Judge, it is not necessary to consider whether the Order dated 06.10.2017 is justified or not. 5.

Accordingly, the Petition is dismissed. The learned Judge to decide the Cri. M. A. No. 436 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible and in any event within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. All contentions of all parties are kept open.

In view of disposal of the Writ Petition, the Cri. Application No. 547 of 2017 does not survive and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
