The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions from the petitioner who is present in the Court seeks permission to withdraw both these petitions. The learned counsel for the petitioner pointed out the order dated 12th February, 2018 passed by Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan in M.P. No. 537 of 2015 whereby it is declared that marriage between the petitioner and respondent No.1 is dissolved with effect from the date of decree. It is submitted that in view of said order, the petitions are sought to be withdrawn.
