I made an order in this Civil Application on 18th July 2017. I noted a statement by Mr Kulkarni for the Insurer/Applicant that the entire amount with accrued interest had already been deposited and, therefore, stayed execution. He clarifies that the only deposit made up to that date was of the statutory amount.

On instructions, he makes a statement today that the remaining amount with all accrued interest will be deposited within four weeks from today. Obviously interest will have to be computed up to the date of deposit. The statement is noted and accepted as an undertaking to this Court.
