The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No.239 of 2016 for an offence punishable under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 420 Indian Penal Code. The applicant was protected by this Court vide order dated 23rd September, 2016.

The applicant has appeared before the Investigation Officer who has already recorded the statement of the applicant. 5).
Looking to the nature of the allegations against the applicant and having regard to the fact that the applicant is available for investigation and for the purpose of prosecution, the custodial interrogation is reported to be not required. 6).
Hence, the following order.
(i) In the event of arrest in Crime No. 239 of 2016 registered with Marine Drive Police Station, the applicant shall be released on her furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount. (ii) The applicant to attend police station as and when called. (N.W. SAMBRE, J)
