The record indicates that, condonation of delay application preferred by the petitioner in Revision Application No. 736 of 2019 has been allowed by the Revisional Authority established under the Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999 . That the Revision Application No. 736 of 2019 has now fixed for hearing by the concerned Authority on 6th February 2020. 2.

In view thereof, the Additional Commissioner, Konkan Division, seized of the Revision Application No. 736 of 2019, is hereby requested to expedite the hearing of the said Revision and to make an endeavor to conclude the hearing of the same on or before 31st March 2020. 3.
