Heard the learned Advocate for petitioners and the learned APP.

The petition is filed seeking direction to quash and set aside the order dated 02/12/2014 passed by the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 31st Court at Vikhroli, Mumbai. By the said order the petitioners' application for releasing them on cash bail of Rs.20,000/- was rejected.

The petition was placed before this Court on 06/12/2016. After hearing the petitioner and the learned APP, this Court issued a direction to release the petitioners on cash bail of Rs.20,000/- each. The petitioners were also directed to furnish solvent surety each within a period of four weeks thereafter. The petitioners, accordingly, were released on cash bail of Rs.20,000/- each. The learned Advocate for petitioners states that the petitioners shall also furnish solvent surety of Rs.20,000/- each. The statement is accepted. 4.
