Heard learned counsel for the parties. Petitioner has filed this petition for direction to Respondent-Zilla Parishad to decide applications made by the Petitioner on 19 November 2014 and 25 February 2015 for appointment on compassionate basis after her husband expired on 16 June 2014. The petition is filed in May 2022. 2.

Learned counsel for Zilla Parishad states that Applications will be decided within a period of 6 weeks from today. Applications be decided on its own merits and decision be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of 6 weeks. We keep all aspects open Y.S.Patil
