P.C.:- Mr. Patil, learned APP on instructions from the Medical Officer, Kolhapur Central Prison, Kolhapur submitted that, the Petitioner was released on COVID-19 Pandemic Emergency Parole Leave on 5th August, 2020. However, he did not return to Jail Authority within stipulated period and is absconding.
