DATED : 10 JANUARY 2023 P.C. :- The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in jail for more than 7 years. However, it appears that the present applicant absconded after framing of charge by the trial court. The trial against other co-accused is over and the trial court has convicted them. Considering these facts, I am not inclined to entertain the present Application. The trial court, however, shall endevour to conclude the trial as early as possible. In case the trial is not concluded within a period of six months, then the applicant is at liberty to file bail application before the trial Court. The application is disposed of.
