This is an application for modification of the Oder dated 8.10.2015 passed by this court in Bail Application No.1502/2015. By the said order dated 8.10.215 the applicant was directed to be released on bail on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that though the applicant has furnished sureties, they are residents from Raigad District and the trial court is not treating them as "local sureties". She submits that though the order was passed on 8.10.2015 thereby enlarging the applicant on bail the applicant is still languishing in Jail for want of sureties. In the circumstances and in the interest of justice the clause (i) of the order dated 8.10.2015 is hereby modified and the applicant is permitted to
