Learned counsel for the Petitioner makes a limited prayer that the Petitioner has made a representation as regards the impugned order of provisional attachment and the same is not being considered, and the Respondents be directed to decide the same at the earliest. According to

38.15140.22 wp.doc Respondents, it is the Petitioner who is not coming on the date assigned. 2.

Be that as it may since this is the limited grievance made and that learned counsel for Respondent has stated that on the date convenient to the Petitioner, Petitioner would be given an audience and the representation would be decided as per law. We dispose of the writ petition as above.

The Petitioner will communicate the convenient date to the Respondent for the week between 26-30 December 2022 and on that day, the Petitioner would be given an audience and thereafter representation would be decided and the outcome be communicated to the Petitioner.

Learned counsel for the Respondent states that decision of Petitioner's representation will be communicated to the Petitioner within three weeks after audience is so given to the Petitioner. Statement made on instructions is accepted.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
