The grievance of the petitioner is that despite having made representation to the Collector, Thane since 25.6.2010 requesting him to revoke the order regularizing the property bearing Khata No. 56/1247, W-4, UNR-5 (case No. 5406), yet no action has been taken thereon.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 2 to 6 states that in the event of the petitioner filing a fresh comprehensive application, the same shall be decided by the Collector within a period of four weeks from the date of

In view thereof, the petitioner is permitted to file a fresh comprehensive application to the Collector, Thane within a period of two weeks from today. Upon receipt of the same, the Collector shall decide the same and forward the response to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the receipt of the application.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
