By this application the applicant has sought speedy disposal of the application for discharge filed by him in Sessions Case No.58 of 2015 pending on the file of 12th Court, Dindoshi, Mumbai. 2.

Heard Mr. Giri, the learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. More, the learned APP for the State. The records reveal that the applicant herein had filed a discharge application in July, 2015. The arguments have already been heard and the same is pending for orders since 26th October, 2015. Mr. Giri, the learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is working as a crew member in Air India on temporary basis and that his confirmation as permanent employee depends on clearance of criminal records.

In view of the above, the learned Addl. Sessions Judge is directed to dispose the discharge application, on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of 15 days from the receipt of this order.
