This MCA seeks transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No.133/2014 filed by the Respondent husband for divorce from the file of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Vasai, District Palghar to the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai. The petition filed by the Applicant wife under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act for restitution of conjugal rights is pending before the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent is agreeable to have her marriage petition transferred to the Family Court at Bandra to be heard along with the pending petition of the Applicant wife. The MCA is, accordingly, allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai shall hear the transferred petition along with Petition No.A-1861/2014 pending before it. (S.C.
