2] In pursuance of the order dated 28 Feburary 2017, Mr. Anurag Srivastava is present in this court along with his mother Smt. Pranati Sinha. Anurag states that he is required to pay fees to Vellore Institute of Technology, the institution where he is presently studying, before May 2017. He has produced before me a provisional admission letter, in which, it is indicated that the fees for the year 2016-2017 would be to the tune of Rs.5.25 lakhs. 1/2

skc 31-CAF-4887-16.doc 3] Anurag states that similar amount of fees will have to be paid even for the next year. He points out that he also has to undertake certain technical projects, for which he will require some money. By now, Anurag is 19 years of age.

4] Taking into consideration, the aforesaid factors, as also, the orders made by this court on 12 September 2014, Anurag is permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.10 Lakhs. 5] Civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. (M. S. SONAK, J.) Chandka 2/2
