1) The learned APP, on instructions, submitted that in pursuance of orders dated 26.11.2015 and 16.12.2015, the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer and has joined the process of investigation. She further, on instructions, submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary, however, the applicant may be directed to attend the Investigating Officer, as and when called, for the purpose of investigation, till filing of the charge sheet.
2) In view of the above, the interim relief granted by an order dated 26.11.2015 is hereby confirmed. However, the applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for
2 /2 903-ABA-1799-2015.doc between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, till the filing of the chargesheet. It is needless to mention that before calling the applicant to the police station, the concerned police officer shall issue a notice under section 160 of Cr.P.C.
