P.C. :- 1] After this matter was argued for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on basis of instructions from the petitioner, who is present in the Court seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all objections before the Family Court on merits or in the proceedings under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (D.V. Act), in case, they are instituted by the respondent in terms of the impugned order.

2] The request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is reasonable and therefore, leave is granted to withdraw this petition with liberty as prayed for. Needless to add that all contentions of all parties are kept open. (M. S. SONAK, J.) 1/1
