The petitioners prayed for quashing and setting aside the impugned advertisement dated 01.11.2014 published in daily Divya Marathi by respondent no.3 to fill the posts of Part Time Art Teachers, Craft Teachers and Physical Instructors. In our opinion, nothing survives in the writ petition. The writ petition stands dismissed. No order as to costs.
