1] In pursuance to the orders passed by this Court dated 28th February 2018, Manisha Varma, Principal Secretary, Tribal Development Department is personally present in the Court. She assures the Court that the members of the committee will be imparted proper training, so that while deciding the matters, they scrupulously follow the law laid down by the Apex Court as well as this Court. She further states that, the department is in the process of computerization of the entire record of the committees. It is submitted that once the record is computerized, the instances like one in the present matter, would not be repeated. We expect the Principal Secretary to take immediate steps so that the BGP.

2] In pursuance to the order dated 28th February 2018, Mr. Sandip Dayaram Golait, Joint Commissioner, Mrs. Jagruti Kumare, Dy. Director and Avinash A. Chavan, Senior Research Officers are present in the Court.
3] We have heard them on sentence. They have tendered unconditional apology and have assured the Court that they will not indulge into such acts hereinafter.
4] We accept their unconditional apology. However, with a warning that if hereinafter it is found that the said members are indulging in similar act, the Court would take stern action against them.
