The summons can be served by affixing copy either under Section 5 Rule 17 of C.P.C. or Order 5 Rule 20 of C.P.C. The Bailiff's report reveals that Respondent No.1 was not residing on the given address. Therefore, provision of Order 5 Rule 17 of C.P.C. are not attracted. In absence of Court's order to serve summons by substituted service, provision of Order 5 Rule 20 of C.P.C. are also not attracted.

Therefore, the prayer is not acceptable. As a last chance, Appellant to take steps.
