submitted by the police in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Vashi. A copy of the said report is handed over to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner in Court. 2.

In view of above, the Petitioner is having substantive alternate remedy to approach the concerned Court to contest the Summary Report by filing Protest Petition and the same will be considered by the Trial Court on its own merits.
