1] By an Order dated 10th January 2018, the applicant was granted interim relie.
2] Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP. Perused the record of investigation.
The applicant is the mother-in-law of the first informant Smt.Panchashila Sawant. Prim facie it appears that the present crime is registered out of matrimonial dispute and/or discord. It is the allegation against the applicant that, she demanded money/dowry from the first informant and bet her.

aba.1954-2017.doc 3] After taking into consideration the facts of the present case and in view of the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar reported in (2014) 8 SCC 273 : AIR 2014 SC 2756, the applicant deserves to be protected by a pre-arrest bail. 4] In view of the above, interim relief granted by an Order dated 10th January 2018 is hereby confirmed.
