Learned counsel for the respondent husband, on instructions submits that presently from this month itself, towards maintenance amount to daughter, the respondent shall start paying Rs.9000/- per month. In view of the good gesture shown by the respondent, learned counsel for the appellant submits that for the present this arrangement can be made subject to reserving the appellant's right to enhance the amount, if required.
