P. C. :- By this application, the applicant has sought modification of condition at Clause (3) of the order dated 10/10/2022 of Anticipatory Bail Application No.2569/2022.

Perusal of the said order reveals that learned counsel for the applicant had made a statement that amount of Rs.3,00,000/- would be paid directly to Milind Joshi and Rs.1,10,000/- would be paid to Rupesh Soni, within a period of 2 weeks from the date of the order. Said statement was accepted and the applicant was directed to abide by the said statement.

Learned counsel Mr.Prakash Hagare for the applicant states that the victim Milind Joshi has refused to accept the money. He therefore seeks leave to deposit the said amount before this Court by Demand Draft. In the light of the said material, the applicant is permitted to deposit an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- before this Court by Demand Draft, within a period of one week from the date of uploading of this order. The applicant as well as APP shall intimate to Milind Joshi about the deposit of money before this Court. Said Milind Joshi is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the applicant. Order dated 10/10/2022 stands modified to that extent. 4.

The Application stands disposed of.
