Heard. The applicants and respondents are present in the Court.

Respondents no.2 to 9 are victims.

Applicant has filed an Undertaking dated 22nd January, 2020. It is taken on record and marked X1 for identification. Copies of Undertaking were perused by respondents no.2 to 9. They have no

2/3 objection if the amount is paid to them as stated in para-4 of the Undertaking in the manner as specified.

In view of the Undertaking, the applicant be enlarged on bail in C.R. No. I-28/2019 registered with Kalyan Taluka Police Station on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand only) with one or more sureties in the like amount.

The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called.

5.

The applicant shall furnish the particulars of his place of residence and contact details to the Investigating Officer of the Police Station concerned within seven days from today.

6.

The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to influence or contact the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case.

7.

The applicant has given an Undertaking that if he fails to deposit the amount as per the schedule, the respondents may apply for cancellation of bail.

Stand over to 24 th February, 2020 at 3.00 p.m. for compliance.

The applicant has handed over Demand Drafts to the respondents for Rs.50,000/- each. Respondents to acknowledge the receipt of Demand Drafts.
