1] The aforestated applications are for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondents in CR No. 56 of 2014 registered with Turbhe Police Station, Thane, by the Additional Sessions Judge-1, Thane in A.B.A. No. 384 of 2015 by its Order dated 6th August 2015. 2] Ms. Takalkar, the learned APP on instructions submitted that, after completion of investigation, the police have submitted chargesheet on 10.1.2018 in the Court of competent jurisdiction and same has now been numbered as CC No.40 of 2018.

3] In view of the decision of this Court in the case of Priyanka Pakvasa Vs. Sameer Pakvasa & Anr in Criminal Application No.723 of 2014 in A.B.A. No.1785 of 2014 dated 25.1.2016, the present applications for cancellation of anticipatory bail on merits after filing of chargesheet do not survive and are accordingly disposed off.
