The representative of the Appellant/Insurance Company and Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are present in Lok Adalat. They are identified by their respective Advocates. They admit the contents of the Consent Terms and execution thereof.

The First Appeal stands disposed of in terms of Consent Terms. The impugned Award stands modified in accordance with the Consent Terms. Award be drawn accordingly.

Refund of court fees, if any, be made as per rules. Statutory deposit be remitted back to the jurisdictional Tribunal. The Tribunal shall permit the parties to withdraw the amount in accordance with the Consent Terms.
