This Revision is against the order of confirming the conviction for the offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 ["NI Act"]. The sentence is rigorous imprisonment for three month and fine of Rs.3,75,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Seventy Five Thousand Only).

On instructions, it is submitted that the Applicant has already undergone the imprisonment. Now, the Applicant does not want to prosecute this Revision.
