P.C:- Heard the learned Sr. Counsel for the Applicant and the learned AGP for the Respondent Nos. 2 to 4.

By this Civil Application, leave to amend for challenging the order dated 25th September, 2018, is sought. The Petition is not yet admitted and the said order is passed during pendency of the Writ Petition. Hence, the amendment deserves to be allowed. S.R.JOSHI

The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant tenders across the bar a letter dated 14th March, 2019. The letter records that the order dated 25th September, 2018 will remain stayed subject to further orders passed in the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i). We also permit amendment for annexing a copy of order dated 14th March, 2019. The amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from the date on which this order is uploaded. If the State Government intends to withdraw the order dated 14th March, 2019, same shall not be done without seeking leave of this Court.

Place main Writ Petition on board on 23rd April, 2019 under the caption of ' fresh admission'.
