The Learned Counsel for the parties i.e. Mr. Chandukar appearing for the Petitioners and Mr. Juvekar appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 tender Consent Terms evidencing the settlement arrived at between the parties. The parties are closely related in as much as the Petitioners abovenamed are the son and daughter-in-law of the Respondents. The consent terms have been signed by the Learned Counsel for the parties as well as the parties themselves. Both the Petitioners are personally present in court and are identified by Mr. Chandurkar the Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners. When put in the box and queried, both the Petitioners state that the consent terms are acceptable to them and that they have signed them of their own free will and volition. The Respondent No.1 Mr. Gajanan Shantaram Mayekar is also personally present in court and is identified by Mr. Chandurkar the Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents. The Respondent No.1 mmj
wp-11670-13-(908) states that the said consent terms are acceptable to him and the Respondent No.2 i.e. his wife and that he has signed of his own free will and volition. The consent terms are taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. The Petition is disposed of in terms of the Consent terms.
