This is an application for bringing legal representatives of sole appellant, since deceased, on record after condoning delay of 10 days in filing the application.

For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that the applicants have made out sufficient cause for condoning the delay in filing application. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a)
